(GaeaTimes.com)- Actor David Boreanaz who is best known for his role in the Fox comedy-crime drama series “Bones”, was slammed with a sexual harassment case in the Los Angeles County Superior court by Kristina Hagan, who was an extra in the popular television series. According to the lawsuit, the wannabe actress was approached by the 41-year-old actor in a wrongful manner in many instances which included sending her sexually-explicit text messages as well attempting to sexually assault her.
In the lawsuit, Kristina Hagan claims that while the shooting of the television drama series was going on, she shared a car ride with David Boreanaz when he told her that he could ‘make things happen for her’ before attempting to sexually abuse her. The lawsuit also names television network Fox as well as the production company of “Bones” as they did not take any action against the actor. To fight the case, Kristina Hagan is being represented by top celebrity attorney Gloria Allred, who revealed that her client was really looking forward to the first court hearing.
However, the claims made by Kristina Hagan have been brushed away by Holly Shakoor, the publicist of the “Bones” actor who has emphasized that the claims of any kind of inappropriate behavior by David Boreanaz are absolutely ‘fabricated and absurd’ as there is not an ounce of truth in them. If the claims made by Kristina Hagan indeed turn out to be true the it would not be the first time when the 41-year-old married actor has been unfaithful to her wife. David Boreanaz, who is married to former ‘Playboy’ playmate Jaime Bergman has admitted to have cheated on his spouse in the past.
